...BOOKS ARE HERE

Unfortunately, there's still a good 5% of you that haven't filled out the BackerKit survey. If you're having trouble finding your survey link, please comment on this update. We'll reach out and get that sorted for you! 

We expect shipping to take a couple weeks as there are many of you and few of us. However! We have some benchmarks to help guide through that process. 

1) We ship via USPS (and whatever their international counterpart is) using a shipping platform called Sendle. When we process your shipping label, you'll receive an email notification either from Arledge Comics or from Sendle. Please don't freak out if it doesn't update right away! We'll generate the shipping labels in large batches prior to packing anything. 

2) We'll post an update when all the shipping labels have been generated. This is your que to panic if you haven't seen a tracking number yet! This will only happen if we don't have your information. Either due to you not filling out the survey or due to a corruption of data when we download from BackerKit. (This doesn't happen often, but I have seen it!)

3) We'll post another update once all the packages have been shipped off. If you don't see your tracking number update one (1) week after that update, please let us know! We're not going to pay for shipping and not send you something. We want you to get your goods! 

4) Step four is you getting your books and (hopefully!) enjoying them. We love seeing our books out in the wild, so this is your first reminder to tag us on socials - if that's a thing you do. :)

Since this campaign ran, we've changed our Kickstarter strategy. Instead of a campaign for each and every title, we're moving to doing one comic campaign a year so we can focus more time and energy on creating these awesome books. Our 2023-2024 solicits are live until the end of the month, and there are four titles up for preorder. The expected date on these titles is May 2024, but we're aiming for early Spring.
